Your plan and your data
Checklist answers
Your written answers and checklist progress are stored in your browser using local storage. They are not synced to our server. Importing and exporting a session happens on your device. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to view the plan. Clearing browser data can remove it, so keep an exported backup.
AI prompts
Prompts are assembled in your browser. FirstSale.ai does not send your answers to an AI service. If you copy a prompt into another service, that service's data practices apply. Leave sensitive personal or customer information out of your notes.
Member access and payment
FastSpring handles payment and subscription records. FirstSale.ai uses a shared private link to open the full planner and remembers access in this browser tab using session storage. This is a convenience gate, not an account login. Keep your access link private. The server does not store payment card details. Signing out removes the access marker, but does not clear your checklist answers.
Optional analytics
On the public planner, Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” It records page visits and a small set of actions such as starting the planner, generating a prompt, and clicking checkout. Our event code does not include your written answers or access key. Access keys and other private URL parameters are excluded from page-view data. Google may process browser, device, and network information when analytics is enabled. Analytics is not loaded on an unlocked member page.
You can change your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the planner footer. Declining removes this site's Google Analytics cookies where accessible and stops further analytics from this page.
Hosting and questions
As with other websites, the hosting service processes network requests and may keep operational access logs. Do not put private information in a URL query. FirstSale.ai is a Finxter project.
